David Ht Rosen

David HT Rosen has been performing comedy for over 15 years, bringing his high-energy style and fearless crowd work to audiences across the country. He began his comedy journey at the iconic Punchline as part of the comedy duo “A Jew and a Black Guy,” performing everywhere from Rochester’s punk rock scene to Alabama’s biggest country venues.

The duo headlined shows nationwide, appearing at legendary venues including The Comedy Store, The Punchline, and Athens’ famous 40 Watt Club, while spreading laughter through sharp, old-school comedy rooted in equality and connection. Along the way, they shared stages with comedy greats including Dave Attell, Margaret Cho, Steven Wright, and Bill Burr.

In 2016, HT launched his solo career, blending stand-up, musical comedy, and crowd work with a classic Catskills-meets-Don-Rickles vibe. Known for his wild energy, quick improvisation, and unforgettable live performances, he has toured with Bobby Slayton and continues performing throughout the Southeast and beyond.

HT filmed his first one-hour comedy special in April 2026 and is currently on tour, performing at The Apollo, Comedy Cellar, Comedy in Harlem, and the world-famous Tropicana in Atlantic City.
